Terms of Service

The basics

BizLinq is a directory of business networking meetings. Browsing is free. Posting a meeting requires a poster subscription ($10/month or $99/year, sold by Apple through In-App Purchase) and is limited to one live post every 7 days per account.

Your content

You own the meetings you post. By posting, you give us permission to display that content to other users. You promise your listings are accurate, lawful, and yours to share. No spam, scams, adult content, hate, or harassment — zero tolerance.

Reporting and moderation

Every meeting can be reported from its detail screen, and any host can be blocked so their meetings disappear from your view. We review reports and remove violating content and repeat offenders. Users who believe their content was removed in error can appeal at support@bizlinq.app.

Subscriptions and refunds

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled (manage or cancel anytime in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions). All billing, renewals, and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms.

Acceptable use

One account per person. Don't scrape the directory, don't resell listings, don't post misleading events, and don't use BizLinq for anything illegal. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Disclaimers

Meetings are hosted by independent third parties, not by us. We don't vet hosts, venues, or events — attend at your own judgment. BizLinq is provided "as is" without warranties, to the maximum extent the law allows.
