Privacy Policy

Genysis IQ LLC ("we", "us") operates the BizLinq iOS app. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Account identifier. When you sign in with Apple, Apple gives us a unique, anonymous identifier for your account. We do not receive your name or email unless you choose to share them; any display name in BizLinq is one you type yourself.
- Location (ZIP code and search radius). You tell us your ZIP code and how far you'll travel so we can show nearby meetings. We never track your live location.
- Content you post. Meeting titles, descriptions, venues, dates, and RSVPs you create are stored so other users can discover and join them.
- Reports. If you flag a meeting, we store the report and review it for rule violations.
What we do NOT collect
No advertising identifiers, no precise GPS tracking, no contacts, no analytics SDKs, no cross-app tracking.
How we use it
Your data runs the app: showing nearby meetings, attributing posts to hosts, counting RSVPs, enforcing the one-post-per-week rule, and moderating reported content. We do not sell personal data.
Payments
Poster subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through In-App Purchase. We never see your payment details.
Data retention and deletion
Meetings you cancel are removed from public listings. To delete your account and all associated data, contact support@bizlinq.app from your account email and we will delete it within 30 days.
Children
BizLinq is a business networking app intended for adults (17+). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We will post policy updates here and update the effective date above.
